Bedroom in Bridgetown

I’m renting out the spare room in my lovely flat. My friend lives in the other room and I’ve recently moved out, so we’re looking for someone great to join the space. We’re both friendly, late-twenties working people from Totnes.
The room comes with a new double bed and mattress plus a wardrobe. There is also a brand new window and heater in the bedroom. The bathroom has just been fully renovated, so everything is fresh and new.
The flat is in a really quiet area with wonderful neighbours, free on-street parking, a front garden and a balcony at the back.
Bills are split with the current tenant. It’s Council Tax band A and an all-electric flat, so it’s nice and affordable to run.
