River side flat, river access

Cute 2 bed flat on the river, 2 mins from seven stars. Renting 1 double room, with writing bureau, fold out table, sofa bed and plants! With a gorgeous view of the river. Women, gender fluid folk or queer men only please!

The living room is the double room we’re renting, so sadly no shared living space but epic shared garden, big room available and it’s super close to town! My partners going away travelling for 3 months so it’s just be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with one other - me, a 27 year old contemporary dancer/retail assistant, with a love for crochet, cats (sadly we don’t have one!), sea swims and saunas!
The rooms has gorgeous bay windows and a lot of room to make it a living space for yourself as well as a bedroom vibe. There’s a double mattress spare as bed option too which we could put in for you. It comes furnished and with bedding if you need but can put some stuff in storage in the attic if you have your own bits you want to move in.
Electricity is about £30 each per month paid by meter. All other bills (council tax, water, heating in mornings and evenings included - plus we have 2 electric heaters). Parking space available.
