Nice quiet shared house with young at heart semi retired couple in heart of the town. We share cleaning . We can eat together occasionally when diet allows !

There are three floors, we’re on top floor own bathroom and spare room

There is also a large bathroom for all with bath and separate shower.

Downstairs there is a shared sitting space , the room has a wood burner .
Upstairs there is a large sitting room with TV which we tend to use but you’re welcome to use when we’re out or away.

Garden is beautiful and access for all as long as used responsibly

Parking is out of town across the lights residents permit is £25 , or £385 per year to park in car parks free or £30 for restricted hours...10 till 3 not allowed must pay.

There is also a downstairs toilet, utility room with fridges and freezer and washing /drying facilities.
We ask that you are respectful of space and noise is kept to a minimum
We would like to work at being a joyful household, kindness and respect being essential, and that people dont have to be asked to respect the shared spaces and keep them clean.
