Large bedsit in rural setting near to Barnstaple.

Sitting area

We are looking for a relaxed and friendly female lodger. The space on offer is a large bedsitting room with double bed, sofa area and kitchen/dinning area all in one room.

The entrance, staircase and bathroom are shared but we have three other bathrooms that we can access so this bathroom is mostly for our lodgers use. There is a loo, sink and bath but no shower.. the bathroom is next to the cylinder and the water flow is really good.

All bills are included. The broadband is fibre (approx 45mbs) and is just for the bedsit. We have a separate line.

The room doesn't have access to the garden or come with any outside space but you are welcome to walk in our two fields and enjoy the views and sheep and super friendly pigs when the Devon weather allows.

There is plenty of parking. Our house is at the end of a rough and narrow country lane so being able to reverse is a must and it's probably not suitable for anyone owning a Porsche!

This is a happy and busy family home and as such it is not always quiet but the area itself is peaceful.

Other than the areas listed we are not looking to share our home so we are looking for someone who understands boundaries.
