The bedroom is light and airy. There are 3 velux windows;
1 overlooking gardens to the rear 2nd looking out towards the Kingsbridge estuary and 3rd over stairwell. Both bedroom windows have black out blinds.

The mid-terrace cottage is along the main road going through West Alvington 3/4 mile from Kingsbridge.
There are bus stops very near to the house with routes out to Salcombe, Plymouth, Totnes and Dartmouth.
I am the live in owner of the house and there is just the 1 bedroom for rental.
There are no other housemates.
