The cottage is located on the main street of West Alvington village. It is South facing and backs onto rural ground connecting to West Alvington woods. The frontage is raised above road level and a footpath runs alongside all the way down into Kingsbridge town approx. 3/4 mile away.

The cottage has a main living area, a lounge/dinning room running from front to the back of house.
At the rear of this is a large galley kitchen leading out and up to a small terraced garden that looks over the roof tops towards Kingsbridge.
On first floor there is a large bathroom with double shower and jacuzzi bath. There are also two double bedrooms.
The loft room for rent is up on second floor with a small landing of its own. The room has double aspect roof windows, work table and hanging/storage space.
The house is well presented, clean and a home.

I'm looking for a quiet, respectful 2nd female lodger.
I have a Cocker Spaniel called Pebbles who is nearly 14 yrs old.
I work 4/5 days a week and feel it is important to have good quality time at home.
My other lodger has been here for 2.5yrs, teaches and is doing a masters degree.
