I have a room to rent that is available in Westward Ho! in a 3-bedroom house and I am currently looking to find a tenant.
I am a live-in landlord with 1 other male tenant who is a working professional who will be moving into the house in May 2024.
You would have shared access to the living room and kitchen and would have your own bedroom. There is also a bathroom on the same floor that would be shared between yourself and the other tenant and only occasionally used by my friends/family visiting.
I work shift patterns and have a 2 yr old cockapoo that also lives at the address. There is an off- road car park space available and a garage available if you require to store anything. Access to front and back garden.
Approximately 15 minute walk to the beach and Bideford High Street is a 10 minute drive away. Barnstaple train station a 20 minute drive away and bus stops nearby.
