I'm the lead tenant of the property, lived here for over 10 years, very easy to get on with, clean, tidy, fit and active. I work full time locally. Pets are welcome as long as they get on with my cat. She is 14 and is very friendly.
I'm ideally looking for someone to share the property with me but there is potential to rent out another double which would mean cheaper rent for everyone involved.
