In the middle of a pretty countryside village, and within five to ten minutes commute to Credition or twenty to twenty five minutes commute to Exeter. There is a regular train service to Exeter and Barnstaple. The village has a pub and numerous beautiful countryside walks from its doorstep. All bills including wifi, sky tv included.

Location

Crediton, Exeter, Tiverton, Cullompton, the M5 Motorway, A30 or A38 and A380, depending upon the traffic, are all within easy reach.

The Room

The room is recently refurbished with new paint and carpets. It is light and fully furnished with large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and armchair, together with a double divan bed with storage cupboards. Television and telephone points are available to use and there is a good unlimited Wifi connection. There is a good-sized newly refurbished bathroom for sole use of the lodger, although not en-suite.

The House

The house is warm and comfortable with central heating and a wood burner. It is traditionally furnished and fully equipped, with a separate utility room. There is a very large garden, vegetable patch and plenty of off road parking and outside space.

The Owner

You would be sharing with an easy going professional man as well as his Dalmatian and cat. The animals are both very friendly, are well behaved and do not take over the house, which is kept clean and tidy.

Suitability

The accommodation would be very suitable for an office worker, carer, nurse, professional, business person or entrepreneur. Students are also welcome to enquire.

Long term tenants would be preferable, but the owner can be very flexible as far as the Terms and Conditions are concerned.
