Double Room Nr Dorchester/Wareham/Poole/Wimborne

I have a double room available to rent in my home.

My home is clean and tidy, I would like whoever rents my room to be respectful, tidy & to clean up after themselves. I like to cook, I work long hours and just want to relax when I get home. I am scared of spiders so hopefully you won't be or at least not as scared as me.

My home has two bedrooms (mine) and another double, shared bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet, lounge, kitchen and garden. There is allocated parking. Bills are included and wifi.

It would be nice to share my home with someone of a similar age. I work full time and love to lounge on my days off as I work long hours.

My home is in Bere Regis, there is a doctors, dentist, village shop, 2 pubs, post office and petrol station. I have lived in the village all my life so know it quite well. There is limited public transport but easy access to A35 and A31, Dorchester, Wareham, Poole, Blandford, Wimborne are all approximately 8/10 miles away, Swanage and Weymouth are easily accessible too.

Its a great place to live especially if you like the countryside, plenty of local walks and the sea's not far away.
