I am a private live out landlord with a lovely quiet proper in Boscombe.

I would consider very short let’s (similar to air B&B type bookings) and I would also consider king let’s.

The room has a brand new bed mattress and comes with all bills and WiFi included. There is an en-suite, tv bracket and brand new kitchenette with fridge/freezer, full oven, full hob and extractor, sink and drainer. The building is extremely quiet and very well looked after with professional occupants. There is a communal laundry facility also.

The property would suit a mature student or professional.
Couples considered.
Available now with flexible viewings times. I do not require any credit checks and/or referencing however I will selecting the correct person who will fit with a very clean, quiet, tidy and respectful property.
