Large double room to rent

I have a large double bedroom available to rent in a beautiful penthouse. This has been completely renovated over. the last two years.
The building is an old bank, so it is spacious and sound proof. We cannot hear any neighbours and we have the entire top floor.
The building is in great location with shops and bus stops literally outside the door.
Beach is less then 10 min walk.

The lounge kitchen and two bathrooms are all shared between myself and my current lodger. This will all be available to use. We have great internet connection if you work from home.
The lounge, bathrooms and kitchen have all been renovated to a high standard.
Additionally each room has been fitted with a high quality remote controlled ceiling fan and light, these are silent and great for keeping cool in summer.
We keep the house clean but currently do not have any rotas or rules in place. It is just expected that everyone cleans up after themselves and treats the house with respect.
It is a peaceful house and rarely any visitors. No party’s so this place is not suited to anyone wanting to bring people back for after parties etc.
We also have a very sweet cat that lives here, he really is no trouble at all. So cat friendly is essential.
