Looking for a housemate to share this chill space till November with the potential they could stay on but I will be moving out. I’m here with my old dog and we often go and stay in Cornwall for a week or more, this will increase this year so want someone conscious who doesn’t mind watering plants when needed or just being a cool housemate. Very quiet neighbourhood. Potentially may swap and rent my room for 1000 if the right person. Pictures taken on an untidy day (disclaimer) room mentioned is either the massage room or the room downstairs that has the dog in the picture. This room been let out to local artist but going to have a shift around when find someone else who wants a room.
