Large Double with En-Suite - £600 PCM inc. all bills

We have a 5 bedroom house on Percy Road, Boscombe with a large, double en-suite bedroom available for £600 per month.

At the moment there are 4 professional females living in the house all aged between 23-38. We genuinely get along brilliantly despite only knowing each other for less than 2 months and whilst we like to have a chat after work and sometimes sit and watch TV together, we also have enough space in the house to have time out by ourselves. Each room has Virgin TV and super-fast WiFi.

The house has a shared lounge, kitchen, large hallway, front garden and large rear garden, utility room, storage area, downstairs WC, upstairs separate WC. The other four bedrooms share a bathroom. The house also has a small driveway available for use if needed or there is lots of free parking available on the road outside the house.

The beach is less than 5 minutes to walk to and most of us are down there daily to either walk the two dogs that share the house with us or just generally to go for a beer/hot chocolate.

The two dogs are Dillon (a black lab aged 3) and Buddy (a fawn pug aged 1) and both are extremely fun, cuddly and house trained. The house wouldn't be suitable for someone who doesn't like dogs.

The bedroom is a large double with en-suite and built in wardrobes available from 1st December. The rent of £600 PCM includes all bills.

We are looking for a like minded male/female between 20-40 who is looking to be part of a home instead of just renting a room.
