Friendly, clean and quiet house looking for someone to join! Very close to the high street and the beach. Bills on top are around £150 (council tax, utilities, water, internet, sewage water that's paid every 6 months, and TV licence that's paid once a year). Bills fluctuate depending on usage. The room available is located on the top floor of the maisonette with a shared upstairs bathroom.
The complex is smoke and pet free. The area is nice and quiet as well, with lovely neighbours. Very close to the bus stop (m1 & m2, U4 etc.) or the town centre.
Working professionals preferred! Viewing and basic interview is done by the lead tenant (myself). Tenancy agreement provided via NRLA company.
