Located: Road off of Charminster Road allowing for easy access to all transport links – a few mins walk to all main bus routes into Bournemouth / Poole / University campus and surrounding areas. Short walk (15 mins) to Bournemouth Train Station with 2 x per hour trains to London Waterloo. Easy access to shops bars and restaurants of Charminster Road.

Several local gyms and swimming pools in walking distance.

Suitable for male / female professional or mature student. No couples, no pets.

I own and occupy the house and work from part of the week. There will be no other tenants. The house is newly double-glazed and decorated but please be aware some areas are mid renovation eg stairway and porch which still need to be completed but I hope pictures speak for themselves, happy to send more.
