Double Room

I am a friendly, tidy person and have been living in Southbourne for over 4 years. I work full time Mon-fri. I am looking for a like minded person to rent my lovely spare room to. They should be considerate, clean and tidy, and friendly. I also have a small well behaved, non-shedding/hypoallergenic dog who loves everyone he meets!

I am mostly veggie but not an issue if you are a meat eater!

I have a lovely sunny garden you can use (and large shed) and although I do not have a drive there is plentiful roadside parking with no restrictions right outside the flat.

It is close to the beach, the river Stour (1 min walk!), Bournemouth town centre, a nice walk away from fantastic amenities in either Tuckton/Christchurch/Southbourne. There is a huge Tesco a 10 minute walk away and the hospital is a 5 minute drive/10min walk.
