3 people, 1 bathroom and one kitchen. You'll have your own bathroom cabinet.

I'm 41. I drink and smoke, but open windows regularly. There are 2 rooms available.

The garden is shared with 3 other flats and is an unsecure tarmac square, that gets no sun.

A lodger is someone who lives with the owner of the flat. You have about as much rights as staying in a guesthouse.

4.33 x £130 = £562 a month's rent.
2 x £130 = £260 two weeks in advance.
£822 in total. But, I'd let you spread the 2 weeks in advance over a few months, if it helps.
