Double room to rent in friendly house share!

Hey Spare Roomers!

I’m Becca and I’ve got a room to rent in my mid terrace house in Charminster, Bournemouth.

All bills included!! I’ve got high speed internet, Netflix, Now TV, Amazon Prime and Freeview TV.

Kitchen was refurbished recently so if you like to cook then this is the house for you! I’ve also got a cute garden and double French doors which is perfect for those summer BBQs! As well as the family bathroom there’s a downstairs toilet.

I rented the room out last summer so I’m all set up and ready to go with renting it out again. I’ve lived in many different house/flat shares over the years and have made some life long friends!

An ideal flatmate would be someone who wants that perfect blend of socialising together occasionally but also able to have their own space. I’m quite a sociable person so will always be up for cracking open a bottle of wine or chilling watching TV.

I’m open to changing up the furniture in the room or if you want to bring your own. Let’s make it work for both of us! :)

There’s parking either in visitor spaces or on the road nearby. I have a friendly cat called Luna who eats spiders so that’s pretty great.
