Hi there,
I have a spacious apartment in the West Cliff area of Bournemouth which is a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the lovely village of Westbourne and its shops. Plenty of nearby public transport to Bournemouth town centre or only a 15 minute walk. Did I mention the beach is a 5 minute walk away 🏖😃
The room has just been redecorated and is of good size with large window, double bed, walk in wardrobe and Virgin V6 TV box. The apartment is on an elevated ground floor with balcony and all day road parking. Fast Wi-Fi, washing machine and an electric shower. All bills are included and also includes cleaners who come once a week.
Looking for someone clean and tidy, must have a regular income - sorry no DSS or pets. I have two very friendly cats.
I am a professional and work full time so out all week days. I am easy going and enjoy time out with my friends, cooking and relaxing at home. The apartment is no smoking but you are free to do so on the balcony.
