The bathroom is modern and tiled and has a luxury bath and shower. You are welcome to use the living room with tv and dining area. Broadband throughout. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you might need, including oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and all crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

There is a front garden and rear garden with lovely large covered area. Both areas are fenced and are not overlooked. No smoking in the house but fine in the outside areas. There is plenty of parking on the road. There are 2 friendly resident cats.

Bills are included in the rent. Shops, convenience stores, take-aways and bus stops close by. University is a 5 minute walk through the park, Winton High St a couple of miles from here and Bournemouth town centre about 3 miles. Good access to Poole from here and also to Bournemouth Hospital and to the Bournemouth spur road to travel east.
