The room is south facing, with a beautiful view overlooking the greenery. It’s is on the top floor and very bright and sunny. Please note that room is partially in the eves, so may not be suitable for someone very tall. Being on the top floor, it’s very private and quiet.
The room has a double bed with memory foam mattress, desk, drawers etc. Due to the room being in the eves, we could only put a small wardrobe, but nonetheless it has plenty of storage with one double chest of drawers, one standard chest of drawers and additional clothes rails.
We are looking for a professional tenant who is super clean, tidy and respectful to others.
£300 deposit and rent in advance will be required as well as references.
