Unfortunately, we CANNOT accommodate for students, and the 12 month tenancy is non negotiable and cannot be cut short.

Looking for one friendly, clean, working professional, woman to complete a spacious four-bedroom apartment. Great location, on a quiet road; just a five-minute walk to the beach and a five-minute walk from Southbourne high street, with consistent bus connections to the town centre.

The shared apartment is equipped with a spacious kitchen, large living room (private balcony attached) and three bathrooms. This is an unfurnished space, (with sofas and a dining table in the shared area), however, we do have some furniture in the shared garage if needed. There is also shared parking on our drive and outside the house.

We are three female housemates; one 24-year-old and two 21 year olds who are all in full-time work. We are respectful, tidy, considerate housemates who work a lot (from home and out of home) we like to keep to ourselves, but also enjoy relaxing in the living room together, and cooking vegan food and listening to music in the kitchen. We are looking for a friendly, clean, working professional female to complete our LGBTQ+ household. Preferably veggie/vegan and under 35.
