One single room :)
We would share garden, living room, bathroom and the kitchen well equipped including new washing machine.
The strret is closed and oposite the house is beautiful green area (field and park) which make the area very quiet and relaxing.
On top of that I'm very lucky to have helpful neighbours which is crucial.
If you have a car you can use the garage but if you don't then there is a bus stop 3 min. walking distance which will take you to the centre.
I'm friendly, with sense of humor. I don't mind to socialise, i. e. have a pint of beer or glass of wine and watch a movie together.
Respect, knowing how to keep to yourself whenever needed and understanding the importance of keeping the place clean & tidy are very important to me.
We have cleaning rota.
