Flat is located behind Waitrose in winton and is walking distance to shops, Uni and bus stops. Lounge and kitchen is available for use by new tenant as is cutlery, utensils and amenities. I want you to think of this as home. I’m a professional so am at work Monday to Friday and spend time with friends at the weekends mostly. I have a small, young, female cat.
