Sorry no pets allowed and no couples. I live here, so please respect my home. I am away a lot, so you will be sharing my house with 1 other person who lives in the other room. You have use of kitchen with microwave, cooker/oven, toaster, kettle, fridge and washing machine.

Security deposit of £750 is required. Rent is £750 per month which includes bills. Minimum stay 2 months ( 2 months rent to be paid in advance plus security deposit when you move in)

Location is few mins walk to Bournemouth University (Lansdowne Campus)/Train Station/supermarket. University bus service to Talbot Campus is only few minutes walk. A few minutes walk to Tesco, Aldi, Lidl and Asda supermarket. Very central to almost everything/everywhere.
