My flatmate is moving out at the beginning of September so I have a bright and spacious room available on the 15th floor of The Helm in Lansdowne.

The room has its own bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and comes with in-built wardrobes. The current tenant would also like to sell the current furniture for £150, which includes a bed, desk, nightstand and bookshelf. The room has a large window with views of the sea and central Bournemouth.

The rent includes free internet and also access to the gym located on the 14th floor. For council tax and electricity/water my flatmate and I were paying approx £150 each a month. There is also a 24/7 concierge service and a key fob secured parcel room.

The flat comes with a modern kitchen and living space including a sofa and TV. There is a small utility area with a washing machine and a dryer.

You would be living with a doctor at Bournemouth hospital. I sometimes have weekend and night shifts but will usually be around for a quick drink or chat in the evening. Looking for someone sociable but also will need time for myself every so often. I also love to cook
