It’s a very spacious apartment!

Only 5 minutes walk to the cliff top and beautiful sandy beach

Walk out the front door and you are in the centre of Bournemouth but the apartment itself is relaxed and quiet as it’s at the back of the block, large south facing windows so the sun shines through& you can look out over the roof tops.

You will have a parking permit that you can use while you live here to park behind the apartment.

There’s a bus stop directly out the front door to many locations & the train st. is only 10minutes walk away.

There are cafes and restaurants within 1 minute walk, a delicious noodle bar just downstairs as well as bakery and convenience stores. Asda and Lidl are large supermarkets only 10mins walk.

The kitchen and hallway are all spacious and the apartment has high ceilings throughout. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar so you can eat and socialise there too.

It has a newly refurbished bathroom with a large bath and rainfall shower. Every room in the apartment is separate inc. the toilet being separate from the bathroom.
