Couples pay £50 extra pcm.

It in a perfect location… only 5 minutes walk to the cliff top and beautiful sandy beach. You walk out the front door and you are in the centre of Bournemouth but the apartment itself is relaxed and quiet as it’s at the back of the block, looking out over the roof tops and you can see the purbecks too!

You will have a parking permit that you can use while you live here to park behind the apartment.

There’s a bus stop directly out the front door to many locations & the train st. Is only 10minutes walk away.

There are cafes and restaurants within 1 minutes walk, a delicious noodle bar just downstairs as well as bakery and convenience stores. Asda and Lidl as large supermarkets are only 10mins walk away.

The bedroom has an incredibly comfortable king size bed. It is spacious with a fitted desk, fitted ceiling high wardrobes and built in/walk in wardrobe so there is plenty of storage space.. You can see part of the purbecks from the bedroom window which is really beautiful to look out to across the rooftops overlooking the town :)

The kitchen and hallway are all spacious and the apartment has high ceilings throughout. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar so you can eat and socialise there.

It has a newly refurbished bathroom with a large bath and rainfall shower. Every room in the apartment is separate inc. the toilet being separate from the bathroom.
