Your room - the flat is 2 bed / 2 bathrooms, so you will effectively have your own bathroom to use. The room comes with double bed, chest of drawers, and a wardrobe.

The shared space is an open plan kitchen living.

Kitchen - fridge / freezer, oven, electric hob, sage coffee machine, toaster, kettle, air fryer, slow cooker, nutribullet, microwave, utensils, pots and pans, dishwasher and washing machine
Dining - 4 seat dining table
Living - 65" Smart 4k Ultra HD TV, L-shaped sofa, coffee table
Balcony - table + 2 chairs, sun bed

The communal front entrance is secured with CCTV.

This flat is in Council Tax Band C.

** LOCATION **
The flat is in Bournemouth Town Centre near the Hilton hotel. Being right in town, there's great transport links. It's also about a 5m walk to the beach!

** PARKING **
There is no dedicated parking for you however there is off road parking (restricted) nearby or you can get a parking permit.

Parking permit - according to the BCP council website, you can get a Town Centre Permit (valid in Central, Richmond Hill, Winter Gardens, West Hill and Keystone House Car Parks).

** BILLS **
Breakdown of bills per person:
High speed wifi - £13

The following are metered:

I'm a 30 year old working in IT - I work from home. I'm not much of a drinker and I don't smoke. I'm into my health and fitness and I enjoy spending time in the sun, with friends and with family.

I'm looking for a female housemate who is social, active, clean, tidy, and works full time (no remote workers). Mature students will be considered.
