Females preferred please!! It is a lovely furnished private room, it has a bed and chest of drawers, wardrobe and side tables. It is an absolute bargain with all bills included. Im a mum (42) and stepdad (38) with 2 kids, 4 and 10 years old. Its a big character property at the end of Charminster. Large beautiful sunny garden. The top third floor is where the room is. I am renting two already to female professionals aged 26. You will have use of your own kitchen, washer and bathroom, shared with the other girls upstairs. We are an easy going family looking for people that are laid back, sociable and in professional jobs. We love the beach in the summer. The house is in a great location. Short walk to bmth and you have all of charmy high street. Also there is parking. I share a dog called Rua with my dad so must also like dogs. Would you be interested in having a look?
