We’re offering this bright, sunny ensuite room for rent. The room over looks the back garden. A brand new ensuite has recently been installed.

The house is shared by myself, a male family friend. We also have Polly the golden doodle. she’s an elderly dog now (14 years old)
So you would have to be a dog lover.

We’re located on the boarders of Southbourne and Pokesdown. Just off Christchurch Road. A few minutes walk away from local shops bars and restaurants. There is also a cross fit gym located just across the road.

Public transport links are excellent from here. Pokesdown railway station and a bus stop is three minutes walk away.
Also walking distance to J PMorgan and Bmth Hospital.

We accept a months rent and deposit. All bills are covered, including wireless broadband.

The room will suit a single, non smoking professional, someone relaxed and considerate. Ideally looking for 6 - 12 month let. I would also consider a short let. It has a king size bed (fresh duvet and bedding can also be supplied) Large chest of drawers and wardrobe.
