The room is furnished with a bed and mattress, table and plenty storage space, and all bills are included. Only a delightful 10-minute stroll to Bournemouth station, Asda, and Lidl, and a mere 4-minute walk to the award-winning Bournemouth beach.

Enjoy the convenience of free high-speed wifi, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and the exclusive use of the bathroom. We're on the lookout for a friendly female tenant. While parking isn't available, free on-street parking is accessible after 17:00, and there's 24/7 free parking within a quick 2-minute walk.
