We have a single room available for £415/per month in our welcoming and spacious flat, ideally located in the heart of Bournemouth’s vibrant town center. Just a leisurely 5-minute walk from the stunning beach and surrounded by a variety of bars and restaurants.
Join our friendly, professional group consisting of 4 like-minded individuals aged 26-31. We’re an active, health-conscious, and sociable bunch who value cleanliness and a harmonious living environment. We’re all non-smokers and working professionals.
We’re seeking a roommate who shares our interests and desires a place to unwind and relax while respecting the shared space. Each of us values personal space and independence while also enjoying occasional social activities. Our plan is to call Bournemouth home for the year, focusing on savings and simple living, yet we’re always up for some fun.
Water and internet bills are included in the rent price!
Additional costs include council tax, gas and electric bills. (In winter it was approx £55-60/person/month). Summer will cost less now we don't need heating!
The contract ends on 1st August so you only need to commit until then, but you can stay on afterwards it just requires signing a new contract!
