The room overlooks the neighbour’s back garden so very quiet at night.

Would like a down to earth sociable flatmate, someone who open, direct and respectful. Communication and understanding is key to us getting along. Someone who is very clean and tidy. I am looking for someone who will treat my home with respect as I do and help out with the chores and has an upbeat, positive and sociable personality.

There is street parking, (sorry the space on the drive is mine, we could possibly share depending on our schedules).

A little bit about me:
I purchase a property at the end of January and am 3/4 way through renovating it. I have replaced all the electrics, the boiler, the water pipes, plastered the ceilings and put insulation in the floor. A lot of time and thought has gone into this home project. I can guarantee that whoever takes the room will be comfortable in their surroundings.

I am a smoker but I will not be smoking indoors, ever. If you’re a smoker you will need to smoke outside, indoor smoking is strictly prohibited.

I have a cat she keeps herself to herself, so hopefully you’re not allergic.

I am young at heart, I love music, like to laugh and occasionally be merry 🥂 Easy going, spiritual but not religious. I am direct and honest.
