We are seeking another female sharer for our house which is very comfortable and spacious, strictly non-smoking, with a large garden and attractive decking area in a quiet residential road not far from Charminster shops in Bournemouth, only 25 minutes walk or 5 minute drive from the university and town centre, unrestricted on-road parking outside, main bus routes nearby. There is one attractively fully furnished double room currently vacant and available. There is a shared lounge room with TV package, fast 1000mbps WiFi broadband throughout the house, separate shared breakfast room, kitchen, and female-only bathroom with both bath and shower. Monthly rent £530 includes ALL bills - nothing else to pay.
We are looking for a female employed professional or postgrad student house-sharer. The other housemates are all female, aged 24 to 40 plus me, the landlord, with my own separate en-suite on a separate floor. The house is strictly non-smoking and is a relaxed home where respect for fellow housemates and cleanliness are all that is required.
