It is self contained with a private pathway and entrance. There is a locked side ally to store a bicycle or kayak and garden furniture. There is ample on street parking.

It includes a double divan bed with storage beneath, wardrobe, ariel and wall mount for a TV, lounge settee, dining table and two chairs. It has its own kitchen including air fryer, hob, microwave/grill, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The shower room includes large shower, heated towel rail, sink with vanity unit and shaving point, clothes drying line.

The studio shares all utilities with the main house with council tax, tv licensing and WiFi included in the rental price. Other bills are shared in line with usage bills this covers Heating, electrics and water.

Our neighbourhood
Very popular area with Southbourne Grove a few minutes walk away with an array of independent cafes, pubs and shops alongside local Sainsbury, Tesco's and Co op stores. We have two great butchers, several bakeries, fruit and vegetable, and specialist food shops! Larger supermarkets are a short drive away. We are located between Portman Ravine and Fisherman's Walk zig zags.

JPMorgan, Liverpool Victoria, Royal Bournemouth Hospital and Bournemouth Airport all close by to name but a few.

Transport
Full bus service to either Bournemouth, Boscombe, Poole, Christchurch. Local train station 15 minute walk, central train station 10 minute drive. Beach 5 minutes on foot, walks to Bournemouth, Poole and Purbecks in one direction and Hengistbury Head, Christchurch, and the New Forest in the other.
