The room is bright with a charming fireplace and is part of a beautifully refurbished home (completed two years ago).

Located near Queens Park, JP Morgan, BAU and AUB Universities, Bournemouth Hospital, and the Airport. The train station and beach are just 10 minutes away by car, and there are frequent buses at the end of the road.

Enjoy access to the garden and courtyard, and easy parking. There are two sitting rooms, one with an open fire. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar, gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, with a separate laundry room for washing and drying clothes.

The house has ultra-fast broadband, exposed wooden floors, and original art throughout.

I live here with my 18-year-old daughter (who visits a few days a month) and there is another female lodger. They would prefer a female lodger.

The house is professionally cleaned every Tuesday. There is an additional £13 per week contribution towards this. So, no cleaning rota!
