The room has recently been painted and equipped with new furniture. There is a built in wardrobe with drawers, the bed also has drawers and a separate drawer chest to ensure our tenant has more than enough storage. There is also a bedside cabinet with a beautiful lamp to ensure a peaceful evening.

The room has an ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

This is a quiet house and we are looking for friendly, quiet and respectable tenants. Most of our tenants have been with us a long time as we pride ourselves on making there stay here a positive experience.

The house is well equipped with a large kitchen including washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The rent is £600 per calendar month. This covers all power, WiFi and Council tax. There is nothing else to pay.

No deposit is required but you would need to pay the first two months rent in advance. THIS MEANS YOU PAY NOTHING FOR THE SECOND MONTH AND NORMAL RENT STARTS AGAIN ON THE 3RD MONTH. (Please ask if you need to negotiate this)

The house is friendly and has a peaceful atmosphere. The Tenants tend to work hard and want to be able to relax at home without disturbance, so it is very important that this would suit you.
