Room 1 is a large double 4 x 4 meters it is located upstairs and comes unfurnished but i can arrange furniture if needed.

Room 2 is a small double 3 x 4 meters or can be used as a large single it is located upstairs next to the bathroom and has a built in wardrobe that can be used as a desk area or something different its upto you. atm it has a single bed a desk and chest of draws which can be removed if you don't want it.
