Flexible accommodation in spacious double room

I have a double room to let available for professionals now.
Short term and long term let’s considered.
Monday to Friday let / flexible shift work also possible. Costs on advert based on full time accommodation.
All bills included.
You will have your own bathroom and use of a shared kitchen.
Will consider couples, get in touch for additional cost.

Note - there is another bedroom upstairs which will be vacant, however there is the possibility to rent both of these rooms, if you and a friend want to move together. Just let me know and we can discuss.

I live in the house with my dog, a small elderly staffie cross. She’s very friendly and spends most of her time snoozing! I’m vegetarian so would rather keep the kitchen meat free, you’re welcome to order in meals with meat though, would just rather meat isn’t cooked in the kitchen.
I’m friendly but quiet, I’m typically busy with work / DIY / helping my grandparents, but I’m always happy to have a friendly chat over a cuppa :)
