Double bedroom avaliable for rent

It is a decent size double bedroom with a bed and built in wardrobes with plenty of space and a built in desk to have your pc/gaming console on with two shelfs for additional storage.

The room is next to the upstairs bathroom which has a bath and shower and their is also a downstairs toilet too in the kitchen their is also the garden to chill out in and the kitchen is a shared although not many of us cook a lot mainly just make tea and coffee that is about it but my dogs stay in the kitchen they are quiet most of the time and just chill it is a mixed household.

The house is located down the road from pokesdown train station their are plenty of bus routes and plenty of parking round the area if you have a car and if you like football afc Bournemouth is across the field from me.

As you walk to the end of the road their is 3 different areas you can go to as the house is based in between Christchurch, Southbourne and boscombe and if you keep going past boscombe then you will arrive in Bournemouth.

It is me my dad and my other house mate that live here with the dogs we all work so is a very chill environment.
