The double room is light and spacious, fully furnished with wardrobe, drawers, comfy double bed and bedside table, would be happy to provide bedding and towels if requested.

This is a peaceful, cosy, and welcoming home, ideally suited to a friendly, tidy, non-smoking/vaping female who is happy to share the space. The room is for single occupancy only. A minimum stay of 6 months is required, with one calendar month’s notice once moved in. The tenant must be a working professional; the room is not suitable for full-time home workers. A love of dogs is essential.

Fully equipped kitchen/diner with an oven, gas hob, microwave, air-fryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and all necessary cooking utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Tumble dryer in outhouse is also available.

The lounge area is furnished with sofas, TV, providing a perfect space for relaxation, as well as use of front & back garden areas which both have sunshine spots to enjoy.
Parking is easy, with on-road spaces available just outside at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.

Shops, gyms, and bus routes in Charminster and Castlepoint are within a short walking distance, along with several parks and woodland areas.

Rent is £650 per month, inclusive of all bills and Wi-Fi. A deposit of £200 is required.
