Two bedrooms available for short term stay (minimum of two weeks) until the end of August 2026.

Both rooms are available for single or double/twin use.

𝘽𝙚𝙙𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢 1 – Very large studio-like bedroom naturally divided in two sides: one side works as bedroom / office and the other as a dining / sitting room. This means you will comfortable eat, relax, work/study, and sleep in the bedroom.

Price per week:
--> Single use - £200/Week
--> Twin/Double: £320/Week

𝘽𝙚𝙙𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢 2 – Good size bedroom featuring twin beds which can be converted in to a king size bed. Access to the main living room.

Price per week:
--> Single use - £175/Week
--> Twin/Double: £275/Week

𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀 – There are two bathrooms in the flat, and will consider private use of one bathroom for a extra fee of £40/week.

🚌 The closest bus stop (Winton) is 5-7 min walk away and will take around 8 minutes to the train station and 16 minutes to town centre. Buses 5, 5a, 12, 13, 13a, 15, 17, 32 U3, and 737 all stop within 5-7 minute walk from the property.

𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: There is no allocated parking but there is on-road parking within a two min walk.
