Double room in large house Charminster BH9

I have a double room in Charminster it is very private as it is on the lowest level of the house. The room is south facing and has double doors opening onto the terrace and garden.

It is quirky in that you can only access the rest of the house by entering through the double doors in the kitchen on the ground floor.

The room has a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables, lamps and clothes rail and laundry basket.

There is a flat screen tv and firestick supplied with Netflix , Prime and all channels included in the room.

We are a very friendly mixed house with 2 male Jack Russell's.

Super Fast Virgin Media WIFI and broadband throughout.

Netflix, Prime and all channels in each room.

Kitchen fully equiped with Airfryer, intergrated gas hob, double ovens, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, china, and glassware. All cooking and prep utensils are supplied.

Utility room with 9kg Bosch washing machine and 9kg tumble dryer.*

* There is a subsidiary cost of £10 per 9kg very large load of washing and drying completed,, folded and returned to your room. This is not compulsory.

Large sunny south facing garden with large terrace and sun deck with loungers, seating area with table and chairs on large terrace with powerpoints.

This house is very clean, and kept that way... Bathrooms / kitchen and all communal areas.

There is plenty of free parking. Private driveway.

We are 5 minutes from Bournemouth Town centre.
