A single bedded, double room to rent out. It is on the 4B Yellow Buses route, and within easy walking distance to other bus services. Close to the Castlepoint Shopping Centre, but also nearer to two convenience stores, Doctors' surgery, and Dentist. A quiet cul-de-sac location. My home is occupied by myself, and my teenage son, and also my girlfriend most weekends . We are quiet easy going people, just needing to share our home in these difficult times. I work, and my son attends school. NO benefits/unemployed need apply. Prefer non-smokers. Thank you.
