Lovely double room overlooking trees - Charminster

I have a large double room available, currently renting through an agent. I am moving on, lovely and sociable female flat mate staying put and need a fun, sociable and considerate flat mate (preferably a full time professional) to replace me asap! The room is bright with a small woodland area directly opposite, she also has a loving and playful cat and is an amazing cook! The room is unfurnished.

Bills are not included in the price i have stated, they will be split between you when they come in each quarter. Referencing charges will also apply as required by the agent - £80 plus VAT. I paid a deposit of £362. 50 when I moved in, so you can collect this upon leaving and pay me in manageable installments each month if this helps you :)

I will be moving out on 01. 08. 201 so you can move in anytime after that. Rent comes out on the 4th of each month (leaves account this date to be available to landlord on 7th of the month) and the first months rent won't need to be paid until 04/08.

Viewing is recommended, it was the first place we saw together back in december and took the place as soon as we saw it.

I am very sad to be leaving this room as i have been spoiled with the view outside my window.
