2 rooms in town centre - Viewing Friday 9th April

I am a live out landlord with 2 single rooms to rent in a shared house in the West Cliff - 3 minutes walk to the Triangle and 5 minutes walk to the beach. The larger one has en suite shower and loo. The smaller one has an en suite shower and a separate loo one floor below. Both furnished. Gas, electricity, broadband and weekly clean of the common areas are included in the rent. These are small rooms (reflected in the low price) so if you need a lot of space please don't apply.

There is a large shared kitchen with dishwasher, 2 cookers, 2 fridges, a freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of cupboards (everybody has an individual food cupboard and a designated shelf in the fridge). There is no separate lounge.

The existing occupants of the house are young professionals in their 20s or early 30s, and we are looking for similarly aged new housemates. The current house profile is mixed nationality.

Whilst everybody is friendly, this isn't a party house, and the current occupants like to make sure that they get a good night's sleep before work. So, if you are happy not to party at home and value peace and quiet, this could be the ideal house for you.
