I am 30yo professional who is often working away and travelling. I am not around the flat very often so looking for someone who is responsible and independent, tidy and clean.

The property is a 2 bed and I have my room which I occasionally stay in when visiting for a few days a month usually as I work away out of the county... So you will effectively have the whole place to yourself for the majority of the time! I only ask that you respect it and treat it as you would your own home :)
