I am looking for a lady preferably who needs a cozy place to live.

The room is sunny, furnished, single Occupancy with four foot bed for comfort.
Room it is available from the 1st of January 2026

The flat is situated between Winton and Charminster, 10 to 15 min walk to the main roads where bus stops are available.
There is plenty of parking space on the road if you are a driver .

About the room:
Its on the ground floor, overlooking the garden. As a single bedroom have a four foot ottoman bed with under bed storage. There is also a big wardrobe and 1 chest of drawers, bed side table.

Please look at the attached pictures to have an idea about the place. I invite you to come and look at it, and feel about the room as well as the flat.
As a new flat mate you will be able to use all facilities .
The flat is cosy and clean. The bedroom has been newely refurbished.

About my self; I am living in this flat as an owner and like to share the space with someone nice, respectful and easy going .
Happy to socialise and share thoughts as well I respect someone's privacy.
Always happy to talk about ideas or tips which would help the new person to feel at home .
