There is a lounge on the middle floor which is shared with the other flatmate, it also has a sofabed that can be used if you have family staying by prior arrangement!
It is in a new townhouse situated in Meyrick Park, parking on drive for most of the week and then there’s lots of parking nearby.
Only a few minutes walking distance from the centre of Bournemouth + beaches and is lovely and quiet.
The back decking is a real sun-trap and we are literally round the corner from Meyrick Park.
I want someone who will enjoy living in a lovely happy modern house, with a fully fitted kitchen with new appliances...Nespresso machine etc.
Laundry room with washing machine/iron and ironing board.
I do have a small cockapoo dog called Molly who is very loving and she would love the extra attention you might give her!!
All I ask is you look after the home and you are clean and tidy!!
This room is available from the 1st June, the girl that has rented it for 18 is buying her own place, it’s a great stepping stone for you, the other girl renting the other bedroom has been with me for 17 months so I can’t be that bad a landlord!!
All bills are included and I even supply the washing machine tablets/softener, quality toilet paper etc etc!!
